AWL Limited is a reputable Champagne/Wines Distribution company in Nigeria. The Company has been in operations for many years and their products available in most of the major supermarkets in Lagos. The company is currently headquartered in Lekki Phase 1.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Responsible for finding and establishing new sales channels and markets
  • Responsible for achieving sales volume objectives, coverage and in-stores fundamentals for the Company brands
  • Responsible for generating and implementing strategies to increase market share and improve overall brand position.
  • Lead the organization to deliver breakthrough ideas that will help the entire organization to meet and exceed its goals and sales targets
  • Build relationships and work closely with the principals to ensure superior relationship management and execution of promos and initiatives.
  • Ensure superior customer relationship management to ensure customer satisfaction, adherence to credit limits and payment terms.
  • Conduct investigative competitive analysis; Monitor the trends in the market place; Forecast sales volume per account/distribution channel.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc/HND qualification
  • 2-3 years, experience in an FMCG or selling organization (especially Alcoholic beverages – Wines, Champagnes & Spirits) with proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent Sales and Marketing knowledge of the Distribution channels and markets
  • High level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite particularly in Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint
  • High interpersonal skills
