  • This position is responsible for receiving clients, parcels and incoming calls. It provides assistance in office management with the responsibilities of reception, secretarial duties and administrative support to enhance daily operations.

Requirements

  • O’Level Certificate or Post-Secondary Diploma
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, enthusiastic and friendly disposition
  • Good telephone etiquette
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Practical familiarity with the use of basic computer software e.g Microsoft Office.
